The proceedings in CR12 took place over three days with active participation from five groups (Groups 89–93). The first day focused on rapport building and identification of problem statements. The room saw active and engaged discussions, with members proposing, defending, deliberating, and refining their observations within the group. The same enthusiasm carried through the second and third day as groups developed solutions and prepared slide decks for the elevator pitch.
Each group presented a distinct and relevant idea. Group 89 proposed Educational Tourism, positioning Bhutan’s higher education institutions as short-term learning destinations for visitors. Group 90 presented Guiding Students Towards the Right Programme, a structured academic guidance framework for Classes 8 till 10. Group 91 proposed an Integrated Student Research and Resource-Sharing Ecosystem across RUB colleges. Group 92 introduced the Student Excellence Points System (SEPS) to reward holistic student development. Group 93 presented RUB Digital NeXus, a unified digital learning platform for professional and lifelong learning. All of which were innovative and creative ideas towards strengthening RUB.
During the elevator pitch held at Lecture Hall 1, 25 teams competed. Group 93 advanced to the finale and secured the position of 4th Runner-Up. The three day program was engaging, intellectually enriching and collaborative, contributing towards a strong and unified RUB.
