CR-11 comprised groups numbered from 81 to 87. The majority of the pitching ideas centered on a common theme, namely the development of human resource management across RUB colleges. The intended outcome of the pitching session for this cohort is to strengthen and enhance human resource development within RUB colleges, with a focus on improving capacity, efficiency, and overall institutional effectiveness.
At the room level, many ideas complemented one another, with theoretical perspectives frequently reinforced by practical or field-based experiences. In several cases, viewpoints differed in a constructive manner, particularly between participants with research-focused backgrounds and those engaged in implementation or policy-related roles. These contrasts encouraged deeper discussion, clearer understanding, and meaningful critical reflection among participants.
All ideas were diverse yet well aligned with the objective of generating 100 actionable ideas. Most of the proposed ideas were practical and implementation-ready, offering direct benefits for strengthening human resource development and management.
CR-11 remained active and highly engaging, with all members curious and eager to contribute toward the Hundred Ideas Summit. A total of seven groups participated, and each group was allocated five minutes to pitch their ideas. Most groups faced time-management challenges and were unable to complete their pitches within the allotted time. Overall, facilitation was effective; however, some groups expressed concerns regarding the requirement of achieving 100 % voting support. Due to technical issues some participants were unable to give their assessment within the given period.
Although the voting mechanism was generally systematic, some members expressed concerns about its vulnerability to double voting, as the system does not currently flag repeated submissions. This limitation may affect the fairness and credibility of the voting process. Therefore, it is important to closely monitor this issue and implement appropriate safeguards in upcoming AFMs to ensure transparency and prevent misuse.
