Collaborative Group Engagement

The first session of the day, held in CR10, was marked by high energy and active participation. The room accommodated eight working groups, and interaction began promptly, even prior to the formal commencement of the session. The environment reflected a strong culture of collaboration, with continuous exchanges of ideas and constructive discussion taking place across all groups.

During the initial phase of the session, groups independently organized themselves and, through mutual consensus, collectively agreed on the nomination of facilitators. This early coordination enabled groups to transition smoothly into focused discussions. As the session progressed into the evening, each group engaged in in-depth deliberations to identify key problems and potential areas for innovation. These discussions were aligned with the objective of preparing content for subsequent elevator pitch presentations. A structured and inclusive approach to idea generation was evident. Groups explored a wide range of problem statements before applying democratic decision-making processes to evaluate and refine their options. Through collective discussion and consensus-building, each group successfully narrowed its focus to a single, well-defined problem for further development.

Overall, the session demonstrated effective collaboration, active participation, and a shared commitment to meaningful problem identification. The plenary activities concluded as scheduled, after which participants moved to the convention hall for the fireside chat, marking the formal close of the session.
