RUB Faculty Meet 2026

Event Details

Date: 3ʳᵈ February, 2026
 Time: 1.5 Hours
1:30 PM – 1:31 PM: Minute to arrive by Facilitator
1:31 PM – 1:40 PM: Participants read guidelines and nominate two hosts from their group

Guidelines

1 Each group will choose two hosts the remaining participants will be visitors.

2 Hosts:

a Stay at the table throughout

b One host explains idea in 2-3 minutes using their laptop to display their ideas

c The other host records key points from feedback

3 Visitors:

a Rotate to next table after each round

b Listen to the idea from Host

c Provide brief constructive feedback and new perspectives

4 Facilitator:

a Keeps track of time and announces the end of each round
     (at 2:00 PM, 2:20 PM, 2:40 PM, and 3:00 PM, inform visitors to move to next table)

b Go around the room to check if discussions are going smoothly

c Ensure etiquette is followed

d Ensure that discussions are short and meaningful

5 There will be four rounds (19 minutes each with one minute for change):

a Round 1:    1:41 PM – 2:00 PM

b Round 2:    2:01 PM – 2:20 PM

c Round 3:    2:21 PM – 2:40 PM

d Round 4:    2:41 PM – 3:00 PM

At the end of all rounds, visitors will return to their respective tables.
